Article 1: Scope of Data Collection and Encryption

1.1 Upon the initiation of linkage between your Gmail account(s) and Airfront ("the Service"), Airfront shall collect and retain encrypted Google authentication tokens. Such tokens are necessary for the facilitation of the Service's operations and ensure a secure connection between your Gmail account(s) and Airfront.

1.2 In accordance with the operation of the Service, Airfront shall collect and store data emanating from connected Gmail accounts. This data encompasses, but is not limited to, email metadata and the content of emails ("Email Data").

1.3 Upon the initiation of linkage between your Google Drive account(s) and Airfront ("the Service"), Airfront shall collect and retain encrypted Google authentication tokens. Such tokens are necessary for the facilitation of the Service's operations and ensure a secure connection between your Google Drive account(s) and Airfront.

1.4 In accordance with the operation of the Service, Airfront shall collect and store data emanating from connected Google Drive account(s). This data encompasses, but is not limited to, file metadata and the content of files stored in your Google Drive account(s) (”File Data”).

1.5 Airfront employs robust encryption protocols to secure all your data at rest to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.

‍Article 2: Utilization of Data

2.1 Airfront commits to utilizing your Email Data solely pursuant to your explicit instructions. For instance, through the configuration of an Airfront workflow, you grant Airfront the authorization to transmit your Email Data to selected third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers and integrations ("Third-party Services").

2.2 Airfront commits to utilizing your File Data solely pursuant to your explicit instructions. For instance, through the configuration of an Airfront workflow, you grant Airfront the authorization to transmit your File Data to selected third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers and integrations ("Third-party Services").

2.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Airfront expressly prohibits Third-party Services from employing your Email Data and File Data for the purposes of training their AI models. Such a restriction is fundamental to preserving the confidentiality and integrity of your Email Data and File Data.

2.4 Airfront commits to creating, modifying, and deleting Email Data and File Data solely pursuant to your explicit instructions. For instance, through the configuration of an Airfront workflow, you grant Airfront the authorization to label and send emails on your behalf. Through the configuration of an Airfront workflow, you may also grant Airfront the authorization to create, modify, and delete File Data on your behalf.

2.5 Airfront retains your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with its business purposes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

‍Article 3: Disclosure of Data

3.1 Airfront may disclose your Email Data and File Data to Third-party Services solely to the extent necessary to facilitate the functionalities offered by the Service, such as the execution of workflows. Airfront undertakes to ensure that such Third-party Services adhere to comparable standards of data protection and confidentiality in relation to your Email Data.

3.2 You may delete data collected from your Gmail and Google Drive accounts at any time by accessing the Settings page of the Service. This allows you to manage and control the retention of your data according to your preferences.

Welcome to Airfront! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your use of our email automation software and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Airfront ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

The Service is provided to you as the end user. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. Unauthorized use of this Service may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Airfront and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Airfront.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Airfront, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
